特种凝胶堵漏技术在元坝204-2井的应用

摘　　要：针对元坝204-2井高压水层与漏失层同层的特点,在多次采用正反注常规堵漏方法无效的情况下,采用先注特种凝胶ZND-2,跟注水泥浆的堵漏技术。介绍了特种凝胶ZND-2的室内评价和现场应用情况。结果表明,在元坝气田,特种凝胶堵漏技术满足复杂井况,尤其是喷漏同层的要求下,成功封住了高压水层与漏失层。该智能凝胶使用范围广,用量小,效果好,具有很好的应用推广前景。In view of the characteristics that the high pressure aquifer was in the same layer of leakage zone of Well Yuanba 204-2, and because positive and negative injecting conventional plugging methods were ineffective, the plugging technology with injecting special gel of ZND-2 and injecting cement paste was used in Well Yuanba 204-2. In this paper, the laboratory evaluation and field application of the special gel ZND-2 were introduced. The results show that the appiication of special gel mud technology for mud loss control in Well Yuanha 204-2 can meet the complex well conditions of Yuanba gas field, specifically under the condition of coexistence of blowout and mud loss in the same interval. This method can successfully seal the high pressure aquifer and the leakage zone. The intelligent gel with characteristics of small consumption and good effect has great prospect of application and promotion.
