摘  要:糖尿病性骨质疏松是由于糖尿病晚期机体胰岛素绝对不足或相对缺乏,引起糖、脂肪、蛋白质三大物质在体内代谢紊乱及钙、磷、镁等元素代谢途径异常,引起机体骨组织显微结构破坏,致其生物力学性能受损,长骨脆性增加和骨基质含量减少,最终发生骨折,是一种全身性骨代谢异常性疾病。在由糖尿病引起的常见慢性并发症中,糖尿病性骨质疏松的发病率逐年递增,然而其具体的发生机制并未完全明确。胰岛素对维持骨基质含量、减少骨量丢失及预防骨折作用显著,早期补充外源性胰岛素可纠正糖尿病性骨质疏松引起的骨基质含量降低,逆转骨重建负平衡。本文通过研究糖尿病后骨代谢指标的变化,综述胰岛素与骨质疏松的关系及其研究现状。Diabetic osteoporosis is a systemic metabolic disease, in which absolute or relative lack of insulin causes metabolic disturbance of sugar, fat, protein, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and other elements, and then leads to reduced bone mass, destruction of bone micro-structure and reduced bio-mechanical properties. Finally, the bone fra-gility increases and fracture is prone to occur. Diabetic osteoporosis, as a common complication of diabetes, has an in-creasing incidence in recent years, but its exact mechanism is not entirely clear. Insulin plays an important role in main-taining bone mass, preventing bone loss and fracture. Early insulin therapy can correct bone loss and negative balance of bone reconstruction induced from diabetes. This paper would discuss the present situation and research progress on the relationship between insulin and osteoporosis through bone metabolic markers changes after diabetes.
