摘　　要：目的 观察鼠神经生长因子滴眼液对穿透性角膜移植术后角膜神经修复的影响.方法 临床病例对照研究.选取2013年8月至2015年6月在深圳市眼科医院就诊的20例因圆锥角膜行穿透性角膜移植术后的患者分成两组,除常规术后用药治疗外,实验组给予注射用鼠神经生长因子（200 μg/ml）滴眼液点眼,对照组给予平衡盐液点眼,均为1滴肷,4次/d,维持治疗1个月.对术后2周、1个月、3个月的角膜知觉、泪液分泌试验、以及中央植片上皮下神经密度（共聚焦显微镜法）进行对比观察.结果 术后3个月的观察结果显示实验组均较对照组的角膜知觉更敏感差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,中央角膜神经密度更大（P＜0.05）,而泪液分泌试验数值差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;术后2周、1个月的观察结果对照组与实验组差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 观察鼠神经生长因子滴眼液对角膜移植术后角膜神经修复方面具有一定促进作用;具有一定的临床应用前景.Objective To observe the effect of nerve growth factor （NGF） eye drops on cornea nerve restoration after penetrating keratoplasty.Methods Twenty keratoconus patients were divided into two groups randomly after penetrating keratoplasty.Besides conventional medical treatment,the experimental group was treated with rat nerve growth factor eye drops （200μg /ml）,while the control group was treated with balanced salt solution （BSS） as for eye drops with one drop a time and 4 times per day.The corneal sensation,Schirmer test,and central nerve under corneal epithelium density （confocal microscopy method） were compared and observed in the 2 weeks,1 month and 3 months after surgery.Results Observations of the 3 months after keratoplasty showed the corneal sensation was more sensitive in the experimental group than that of the control group （P 〈0.05） and central corneal nerve density was higher （P 〈0.05）,but its Schirmer test had no significant difference （P 〉0.05）.There was no significant difference in other time points.Conclusions The nerve growth factor （NGF） can accelerate obviously early nerve restoration after keratoplasty;has good clinical application future for maintaining survival of corneal nerve cells and accelerating re-generation of corneal injury nerve axon.
