摘　　要：随着设备系统高集成发展,传感器信号电缆得到了广泛应用,研制小尺寸、多芯的低噪音传感器信号电缆迫在眉睫。从结构设计、材料设计、性能设计、工艺设计等多个角度深入探讨了多芯低噪音传感器信号电缆的研制过程。测试结果表明,研制的多芯低噪音传感器信号电缆设计合理、满足使用要求。With the development of high integration of the equipment system, the sensor-signal cables have been widely used. It is urgent to develop sensor-signal cable with small-size, multi-core and low noise. From the aspects of structure design, material design, performance design, process design and so on, the development process of the multi core low noise sensor signal cable are deeply discussed. The test result shows that the cable is reasonably designed and can meet the application requirements.
