摘　　要：随着经济全球化的不断深入,工程开始超越了国家的范围,进入到了国际领域。国际工程对管理工作水平要求更高,如管理措施落实不到位,导致项目出现质量以及成本等方面的风险,不仅会对企业本身的形象产生影响,甚至会对我国工程的整体发展带来阻碍。论文结合阿尔及利亚东西高速公路项目,详细介绍了海外项目的施工管理,可供国际工程管理工作参考。With the deepening of economic globalization, the project began to go into the international field. The management level of international engineering become higher. If the management measures are not in place, the risk of the project quality and cost will be higher, which will not only affect the image of the enterprise itself, or even bring obstacles to the overall development of China＇s engineering. In this paper, based on the overseas construction project of Algeria East West expressway,the construction management of overseas is introduced in detail, which can provide reference for international project management.
