摘　　要：目的:对清乳通贴膜剂的急性毒性与皮肤刺激性进行研究。方法:对家兔完整皮肤与破损皮肤贴敷清乳通贴膜剂,观察不同剂量制剂对家兔的外观、行为等指标及皮肤的影响。结果:不同剂量贴膜剂对完整皮肤和破损皮肤家兔均无急性毒性和皮肤刺激性。结论:清乳通贴膜剂为一种安全性较好的外用制剂。Objective; To study the acute toxicity and cutaneous stimulation to the animal models caused by Qingrutong transdermal patch. Methods： Qingrutong transdermal patch was used on rabbits complete and injured skin with different dose. Then the changes of rabbits appearance, behavior and skin were observed. Results： Qingrutong transdermal patch had no irritation and acute toxicity on complete or injured Skin of rabbits,Conclusion： Qingrutong transdermal patch is a safe external preparation.
