摘 要:目的:观察不同浓度的黄芪多糖(APS)对正常罗曼雏鸡血清中SOD、GSH-Px、CAT、GR活性及MDA含量的影响。方法:将80只1日龄健康罗曼雏鸡随机分为4组,每组20只。分别于1日龄皮下注射生理盐水以及不同浓度的APS(12.5 mg/mL、25 mg/mL、50 mg/mL),0.2 mL/只,连续注射7 d,分别在第7、14、21、28、35、42天采血,测定血清中SOD、GSH-Px、CAT、GR的活性及MDA含量。结果:使用APS后,雏鸡血清SOD、GSH-Px、CAT、GR活性均显著升高(P<0.05),MDA含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:APS可提高鸡的抗氧化能力。Objective: To observe the influence of different concentration of Astragalus polysaccharides (APS) on the activity of SOD, GSH-Px, CAT, GR and the content of MDA in serum of healthy Roman chicks. Methods: 80 one-day-old chicks were randomly divided into four groups with 20 in each. Then different concentration (12.5 mg/mL, 25 mg/mL and 50 mg/mL) of APS was hypodermically injected to chicks for seven continuously days. and blood was sampled on 7th, 14th, 21th, 28th, 35th and 42th to test the activity of SOD, GSH-Px, CAT, GR and the content of MDA in serum. Results: The activity of SOD, GSH-Px, CAT and GR in serum was predominantly higher and the content of MDA was predominantly lower. Conclusion: APS can promote the anti-oxidation of chicks.
