优质护理服务模式对手术护理效果影响的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理服务模式对手术护理效果的影响。方法 82例进行手术的患者,将其随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组41例。对照组患者采用常规护理,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上加用优质护理服务模式。对两组患者的护理满意度和焦虑程度进行对比分析。结果经过护理后治疗组患者的满意度为95.1%,明显高于对照组的75.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入院时两组焦虑例数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组术前及术后焦虑例数均少于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入院时两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组术前及术后SAS评分均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术护理中应用优质护理服务模式能有效提高患者的满意度,改善患者焦虑的心理状态,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective TO explore the impact of high quality nursing service mode on surgical nursing effect. Methods A total of 82 patients with surgery were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the treatment group received high quality nursing service mode on the basis of the control group. Comparison and analysis were made on nursing satisfaction degree and anxiety degree in two groups. Results After nursing, the treatment group had obviously higher satisfaction degree as 95.1% than 75.6% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Both groups had no statistically significant difference in anxiety cases at admission （P〉0.05）. The treatment group had less preoperative and postoperative anxiety cases than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Both groups had no statistically significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） score at admission （P〉0.05）. The treatment group had lower preoperative and postoperative SAS score than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of high quality nursing service mode in surgical nursing can effectively increase satisfaction degree of patients and improve their psychological state of anxiety. So it is worth popularizing and using in clinic.
