摘  要:目的研究老年急性脑梗死患者接受身心整体护理的效果。方法 80例老年急性脑梗死患者,按照随机数字法分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,研究组给予身心整体护理干预。观察并对比干预前后两组患者认知功能及生活质量改善情况。结果干预后两组患者简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评分较干预前均改善,且研究组干预后MMSE评分为(31.3±2.4)分,显著优于对照组的(20.8±1.6)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组患者生活质量评分均较干预前有所改善,且研究组较对照组改善显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年急性脑梗死患者给予身心整体护理干预,可改善患者认知功能及生活质量,对患者康复有积极促进作用,值得临床推广。Objective To research effect by psychosomatic comprehensive nursing for senile acute cerebral infarction patients. Methods A total of 80 senile acute cerebral infarction patients were divided by random number table into control group and research groul5, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing intervention, and the research group received psychosomatic comprehensive nursing. Observation and comparison were made on improvement in cognitive function and quality of life between the two groups before and after imervention. Results After intervention, both groups had better mini-mental state examination (MMSE) scores than those before intervention. The research group had MMSE score after intervention as (31.3 ± 2.4) points, which showed better improvement than (20.8 ± 1.6) points in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). After intervention, both groups had better quality of life scores than those before intervention, and the research group had better improvement than the control group. Their difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). Couelusion Implement of psychosomatic comprehensive nursing intervention in senile acute cerebral infarction patients can improve their cognitive function and quality of life, and it shows positive accelerating effect for rehabilitation. This method is worth clinical promotion.
