输尿管结石URSL术后综合护理干预对泌尿系结石治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的观察输尿管结石患者行输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石(URSL)手术后采用综合护理干预对治疗效果的影响。方法 200例输尿管结石患者,按照护理方案区别分为干预组(90例)与对照组(110例)。干预组采用综合护理干预措施,对照组采用常规护理措施。比较两组患者症状自评量表(SCL-90)各因子评分以及排石率。结果术后1周后干预组躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖评分明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组强迫、人际关系、偏执、精神病性评分低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预组排石率为95.56%,高于对照组的90.91%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论综合护理干预可以明显改善输尿管结石患者URSL术后产生的焦虑、抑郁等心理,利于患者术后的康复。Objective To observe the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on treatment effect of ureteral calculus patients with ureteroscopy swiss lithoclast（URSL） surgery. Methods A total of 200 ureteral calculus patients were divided by different nursing regimens into intervention group（90 cases） and control group（110 cases）. The intervention group received comprehensive nursing intervention measure, and the control group received conventional nursing measure. Comparison were made on each factor score of symptom checklist 90（SCL-90） and lithagogue rate in two groups. Results In postoperative 1 week, the intervention group had obviously lower somatization, depression, anxiety, hostility and terror score than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The intervention group had lower force, interpersonal relationship, paranoid and psychotic score than the control group, but the difference had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. The intervention group had higher lithagogue rate as 95.56% than 90.91% in the control group, but the difference had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can obviously improve anxiety, depression of ureteral calculus patients after URSL, and it is helpful to postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
