优质护理服务理念在慢阻肺患者临床护理中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理服务理念在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)临床护理中的应用效果。方法 90例慢阻肺患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者行常规护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上行优质护理,比较两组护理满意度、住院时间、并发症发生率。结果观察组护理满意度(95.56%)明显高于对照组(77.78%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(6.67%)明显低于照组(22.22%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组平均住院时间(13.0±2.8)d明显短于对照组(23.5±2.5)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务理念在慢阻肺患者临床护理中的应用效果显著,有利于提高护理满意度,减少并发症的发生,缩短住院治疗时间,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate application effect by high quality nursing service idea in clinical nursing for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received additional high quality nursing to conventional nursing in the control group. Comparison was made on nursing satisfaction degree, hospital stay time and incidence of complications between the two groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher nursing satisfaction degree（95.56%） than the control group（77.78%）, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The observation group had much lower incidence of complications（6.67%） than the control group（22.22%）, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The observation group had much shorter mean hospital stay time as（13.0±2.8） d than（23.5±2.5） d in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing service idea shows excellent application effect in clinical nursing for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It is helpful to improve nursing satisfaction degree, reduce complications and shorten hospitalized treatment time. This method is worth promoting and applying.
