白木香叶总黄酮含量的跟踪研究

摘　　要：本文对白木香叶在不同季节进行采摘,对其叶子进行总黄酮的提纯和总黄酮含量的测定进行跟踪研究,探讨白木香叶总黄酮含量最高的季节,得出最优的采摘时间,为6~9月份的中旬,这段时间的总黄酮含量相对最高。通过进一步跟踪调查研究,以最大限度的实现白木香叶的经济价值,为广泛的开展该植物的种植技术提供必要的理论和现实实践价值。This paper is a follow-up study for total flavonoids purification and content measurement of leaves of Aquilaria sinensis when they are collected in different seasons. It is concluded that the best collecting time for leaves of Aquilaria sinensis is from June to middle of September, and the total flavonoids content is relatively high in this period. Further tracking survey research should be made to maximize the economic value of leaves of Aquilaria sinensis, so as to provide the necessary theoretical and practical value for extensive development of the plant cultivation technology.
