后整理工艺对全棉色织物服用性能的影响

摘　　要：采用丝光整理、液氨潮交联免烫整理和易烫整理3种后整理方式,对全棉色织物进行处理。测试对比了整理前后织物的色牢度、缩水率、撕破强力、拉伸强力和水洗后外观平整度,分析探讨了3种不同后整理方式对全棉色织物服用性能的影响。Three kinds of finishing processes including mercerized treatment, liquid ammonia treatment and moist crosslinking DP treatment are carried out on pure cotton yarn-dyed woven fabric. The properties of treated and untreated fabrics with three finishing processed such as color fastness, shrinkage, tearing strength, tensile strength and smoothness after laundering are tested. The influence of finishing process on wearability of pure cotton yarn-dyed woven fabric is analyzed.
