摘  要:介绍了高铁座椅面料的防火性能要求。从原材料选择、组织结构设计、后整理工艺等方面阐述了高铁座椅面料的制造工艺。以自主研制的新型低熔滴无烟高阻燃涤纶为原料,制备了一种涂层胶,在织物面料背面进行阻燃发泡涂层,研发出一种无烟高阻燃高铁座椅面料。并对织物的极限氧指数、烟密度、燃烧后有害气体浓度等指标进行了测试。结果表明:此制造工艺生产的面料具有优良的防火性能,符合高铁座椅面料的使用要求。The fireproof performance requirements of seat fabric for high-speed train are introduced. The manufacturing process of seat fabric for high-speed train is described from the aspects of the raw materials selection, the fabric structure design and the finishing process. The low droplet, smokeless, high flame retardant polyester fiber is developed as raw materials, followed by foam coating with a coating adhesive on the back of the fabric, to make a smokeless, flame retardant seat fabric for high-speed train. The limiting oxygen index, smoke density, droplet and other indicators of the fabric are tested. The results show that the prepared fabric has excellent fire protection performance, which can be in accordance with the requirements of the seat material for high-speed train.
