摘　　要：针对目前织机上缺乏断经位置精确定位与指示装置的现状,研发了一种能迅速找到断经位置并加以显示的自动寻断经装置,主要包括可沿停经条方向往复运动的探杆及其控制电路。探杆在碰触到断经处停经片时将在控制电路作用下停止运动,并利用其顶端的发光器件指示断经位置。装置采用直线导轨带动探杆运动,传动平稳、快速;选用继电器系统,并在继电器线圈上并联电容,成本低、抗干扰性强;安装于停经架下方,实践证明其不影响织机上轴,能高效、准确地自动寻找断经位置并加以显示。Due to the lack of accurate positioning and indicator of broken ends at present, an automatic broken ends search system is developed. The system mainly consists of a conductive probe and its control circuit. When the probe toughs the broken ends＇ droppers, the circuit is triggered and the motor stops. The probe would also indicate the position by a light emitting device on the top of it. The device adopts linear slider to make the transmission smoother and faster. Relay system is selected and capacitors are parallel connected to the relays＇ coils to obtain stronger interference immunity and lower cost. The system is fixed below the dropper frame, and the practical practice validates that the system could find and indicate the broken ends accurately and rapidly without impeding the fixing beam progress.
