摘  要:对韶关网络游记的研究表明:客源市场主要是珠三角,游客多选择火车和自驾方式与朋友进行两天的自由行;游客对自然景观、社会环境与氛围感知积极,对情感形象评价较高;游客对人文景观、娱乐与购物等设施感知度较低,消极感知集中于交通、餐饮与住宿;旅游发展存在自然与人文旅游资源不平衡、内部交通网不完善、对省外游客吸引力不足、宣传渠道与游后反馈机制不完善等;并提出了韶关市旅游目的地形象感知优化的建议。The research on online travel texts of Shaoguan shows that: Pearl River Delta is the main source of tourists, tourists choose train and self driving mode with friends for two days trip; ourists have a positive perception of the natural landscape, social environment and atmosphere, and have a higher evaluation of emotional image; The perception of human landscape,service reception and facilities is low, and negative perception is mainly about the perception of transportation, catering and accommodation; There are some problems in the development of tourism in Shaoguan,such as the development of natural and cultural tourism resources is not balanced, the internal traffic network is not perfect, lack of attraction for tourists, tourist feedback mechanism is notperfect. Optimization suggestions were ra ised at the end of this paper.
