摘　　要：驻日美军冲绳县普天间基地搬迁问题一直是存留于日美两国之间、日本中央政府和冲绳地方政府之间悬而未决的问题。2012年底安倍政府上台后,日美一直主张向边野谷地区搬迁是解决该问题的"唯一方案",但冲绳地方政府和民众坚决反对。特别是在2014年11月翁长雄志当选冲绳县新一任知事后,该问题再度升温。2016年9月,由于安倍政府和冲绳县双方矛盾激化,安倍政府向福冈高等法院那霸支部起诉,结果安倍政府获胜。随着特朗普当选新一任美国总统,基地搬迁问题变得更加复杂。安倍政府和特朗普政府以及冲绳地方政府之间的矛盾难解难分,因此此问题"圆满解决"的可能性极小。特朗普政府将会继续推进驻日美军基地搬迁至边野古,双方长期对立的趋势不可避免。The relocation of the base in Okinawa, Japan, has continued to remain between Japan and the United States, between the Japanese central government and the local government of Okinawa. At the end of 2012, after the Abe government came to power, Japan and the United States have been advocating the relocation of the border area to solve the problem of ＂the only program＂, but Okinawa local governments and people firmly opposed. Es- pecially in November 2014 Weng Changxiong was elected Okinawa new governor after the problem again war- ming. In September 2016, as a result of the intensification of contradictions between the Abe government and Oki- nawa, the Abe government sued the Fukuoka High Court Naha, resulting in the victory of the Abe government. With Trump elected as the new president of the United States, the base relocation problem has become more com- plicated. The contradiction between the Abe government and the Trump government and the Okinawa local government is difficult to understand, and the possibility of ＂a successful settlement＂ is minimal. Trump government will continue to promote the US military base in Japan to move to Borderland ancient, the trend of two sides longterm opposition is inevitable.
