摘　　要：介绍杨志敏教授以因势利导、扶正托透为思路治疗慢性荨麻疹经验。认为罹患该病久治难愈者,多伏邪在里,据疹出特点及变化,先后使用当归四逆汤、桂枝加附子汤、葛根汤等经方治疗,疗效确切。This paper introduced Yang Zhimin＇ s experience in the treatment of chronic urticaria, based on the ideas of adroitly guiding actions according to circumstances and strengthening body resistance for promoting drainage. He considers the internal latent pathogen as the cause for people suffering from this disease that was refractory after long time treatment. According to the characteristics and changes of urticaria, the treatments should successively apply Danggui Sini Decoction, Guizhi Fuzi Decoction and Gegen Decoction,which show the exact efficacy.
