宜兴市生态资源价值的定量评估与分析

摘　　要：城市环境问题日益突出,对城市生态价值的定量评估有助于理清生态系统各功能间的关系,加强全社会对环保的认识,优化环境决策,促进环境经济评估纳入国民经济体系.对2009—2013年宜兴市生态价值要素的指标体系及其可量化的评估因子进行一一对应,利用市场价值法和影子工程法等定量研究方法,构建宜兴市生态价值评估体系,阐释生态系统改良土壤、涵养水源、调节气候、净化大气等生态服务价值和生态系统的物质产品产出价值.结果表明,宜兴市生态价值具有巨大的生态经济效益,2009—2013年生态资源价值总量分别为344.650 7,369.804 6,397.805 6,421.737 5,441.939 1亿元,充分反映了宜兴市生态系统对全社会做出的巨大生态服务功效.As urban environmental problems grow increasingly serious, the quantitative assessment of urban ecological value helps to clarify the relationships between functions inside the ecological system, to reinforce the cognition of the whole society on environmental protection, to optimize the decision making on environment, and to facilitate the incorporation of economic valuation on environment into national economic system. With the quantitative research methods of market valuation and shadow project, by one- to-one correspondence of target system of Yixing city ~s ecological value element and its quantizable evaluation factor, the article builds the evaluation system on Yixing city＇s ecological value and explains the ecological service value such as ecosystem improving soil, conserving water, regulating climate, and purifying air, and material product output value of ecosystem. The result shows that the ecological value in Yixing city has huge ecological economic benefit that the total amount of ecological resource value from 2009 to 2013 is 34. 465 07 billion,36. 980 46 billion,39. 780 56 billion,42. 173 75 billion,and 44. 193 91 billion Yuan respectively, which fully reflects the tremendous ecological service efficiency Yixing ecological system made for the whole society.
