摘 要:目的通过定量超声方式评价青年男性的骨质情况,以获得影响骨质的关键因素,从而为骨质的提升提供参考和依据。方法采用超声骨密度仪(GE Achilles Express)、多频生物电阻抗人体成分分析仪(Tanita MC-180)、纵跳测试仪(北京鑫东华腾ZTJ-Ⅱ型)和握力测试仪(北京鑫东华腾WCS-Ⅱ型)测量华东地区518例青年男性右脚跟骨骨强度、瘦体质量、纵跳水平和握力。通过Pearson相关性分析年龄、人体参数等与骨质的相关性,采用多元回归分析探讨骨质的影响因素。结果年龄、瘦体质量、纵跳高度和握力与骨强度呈显著相关(r=-0.344,P<0.001;r=0.210,P=0.004;r=0.415,P<0.001;r=0.202,P<0.005,相应的)。多元回归分析显示年龄、瘦体质量、纵跳高度都是跟骨骨强度的决定因素。结论骨强度随年龄增长呈现下降趋势,维持一定的瘦体质量、提高肌肉力量对骨质健康有重要意义,局部肌肉力量与局部骨强度有更高的相关性。Objective To evaluate the bone quality of young men by quantitative ultrasound,and to identify modifiable factors that influence bone status,so as to provide a reference for the improvement of bone quality. Methods The right heel bone quality,fat-free-mass( FFM),countermovement jump( CMJ)performance and the grip strength were measured by ultrasound bone densitometer(GE Achilles Express),multi-frequency body composition analyzer(Tanita,MC-180MA),vertical jump test device( Beijing Xindonghuateng,ZTJ-Ⅱ) and grip strength device( Beijing Xindonghuateng,WCS-Ⅱ) respectively in 518 adults men from the east part of China. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between age,body parameters and bone quality. Multiple regression analysis was used to explore the influence factors of bone quality. Results Bone quality had a significant correlation with age,FFM,CMJ height and grip strength( r =-0. 344,P〈0. 001; r = 0. 210,P = 0. 004; r = 415,P〈 0. 001; r = 0. 202,P〈 0. 005,respectively). Multivariate regression analysis revealed that age,FFM,CMJ height were the determinations of calcaneal bone quality. Conclusions These results suggest that bone quality declines with increasing age. Maintaining a certain level of FFM,muscle strength is important for bone health. Local muscle strength has a higher correlation with local bone strength.
