清热毒颗粒对骨筋膜室综合征切开减张术后CK、LDH、AST含量影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察清热毒颗粒对骨筋膜室综合征切开减张术后患者血清中肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)含量的影响及预防并发症的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将63例骨筋膜室综合征切开减张术后患者分为两组,观察组32例,术后以常规治疗和口服清热毒颗粒冲剂。对照组31例,仅以常规治疗。比较两组患者术后3 d、1周、3个月血清中CK、LDH、AST含量,记录并比较两组术后的并发症发生例数。结果观察组患者术后3 d、1周、3个月血清中CK、LDH、AST含量均低于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组并发症发生率为9.38%,亦低于对照组的29.03%(P<0.05)。结论清热毒颗粒能帮助消除骨筋膜室综合征术后体内代谢毒物、有效降低并发症发生、促进康复。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Qingredu Granules on the content of CK,LDH and AST of the compartment syndrome patients after the opening and relieving tension operation and the prevention of the complications. Methods： 63 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. 32 cases in the observation group took conventional therapies combined with Qingredu Granules,while 31 cases in the control group only took conventional therapies. 3 d,1 week,3 month after operation,the level of CK,LDH and AST was compared,and the rates of the complications were also recorded and compared between the two groups. Results： 3 d,1 week and 3 month after operation,the content of CK,LDH and AST of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）,and the complication rate of the observation group was also lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Qingredu Granules can help eliminating the metabolism poison in the body of the compartment syndrome patients after the opening and relieving tension operation,effec-tively reduce the rates of the complications,and promote the rehabilitation.
