摘  要:为开发以C_(36)二聚脂肪酸(Dimer fatty acid,DFA)作为改性剂或原料制成的新型改性不饱和聚酯材料,以DFA和乙二醇(Ethylene glycol,EG)为原料,对甲苯磺酸(p-toluene sulfonic acid,TSOH)为催化剂,通过直接熔融缩聚法制备了DFA-EG聚酯,并采用傅里叶红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectrum,FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(Nuclear magnetic resonance,1H-NMR)、差式扫描量热法(Differential scanning calorimetry,DSC)、热失重分析法(Thermogravimetric analysis,TGA)、凝胶渗透色谱(Gel permeation chromatography,GPC)表征了聚酯结构、热性能、相对分子质量及其分布.结果表明:当n(DFA)∶n(EG)∶n(TSOH)=1.0∶1.4∶0.016,反应温度165℃,反应时间6 h时,酯化率可达99.30%,产物质均相对分子质量为8 643 g/mol,相对分子质量分布为1.227 8,初始热分解温度及玻璃化转变温度分别为380℃和-13.3℃.由此认为,DFA-EG聚酯可作为一种绿色环保嵌段聚酯的基体材料.For the development of C36 Dimer fatty acid (DFA) as a modifier or raw materials to make a new type of modified unsaturated polyester materials, DFA-EG polyester was synthesized by direct melt polycondensation method, with C36 dimer fatty acid (DFA) and ethylene glycol (EG) as raw materials, p-toluene sulfonic acid (TSOH) as catalyst. The resultant polyester structure was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (^1H-NMR), the thermal performance was characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and the relative molecular mass and its distribution of DFA-EG polyester were characterized by gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The results showed that when n ( DFA ) : n (EG) : n ( TSOH ) = 1 : 1.4: 0. 016, reaction temperature 165 ℃ and reaction time 6 h, the esterifieation rate of polyester 99. 30% could be obtained. The weight-average molecular mass was 8 643 g/mol, relative molecular mass distribution was 1. 227 8. The initial thermal decomposition temperature and glass transition temperature of 380 ℃ and - 13.3 ℃ respectively. Therefore, the DFA-EG polyester can be used as a kind of green environmental protection block polyester base material.
