摘　　要：针对现有省级工业部门能源回弹效应研究的空白,以辽宁省工业部门作为研究对象,利用1978-2016年区间辽宁省工业部门能源消费的样本数据,基于最基本的柯布-道格拉斯生产函数模型,得出相应的测算表达式,分别测算了改革开放以来辽宁省工业部门的长期、短期能源回弹效应,通过对比并分析测算结果,并提出了抑制能源回弹效应的对策措施。Based on the lack of study on the energy rebound effects in the existing provincial industrial sector, the present paper has studied the energy consumption of the industrial sector in Liaoning Province from 1978 to 2016 by using the figures of its industrial sector of the province as the research object, using as the sample data. A corresponding calculation expression which is based on the most basic Cobb- Douglas production function model is obtained to measure the long-term and short-term energy resilience effect of industrial sector in Liaoning Province since the reform and opening-up. By comparing and analyzing the results, the countermeasures to suppress energy rebound effects are put forward further.
