摘　　要：在满足人民群众就医基本需求的同时,广大患者和医护人员都希望医院能提供更为舒适温馨的就医诊疗空间环境,如何提高医院基本建设管理成效也成为了一个重要的课题。本文从医院管理者的角度,阐述了医院基本建设工程管理中应该关注的问题,包括医院基建管理的决策制度的完善、医院基建管理的人力资源储备,并以盛京医院为例介绍了医院后勤与基建的一体化管理探索。With the satisfaction of masses of people with essential medical requirements, all patient and medical workers hope that hospitals can provide more comfortable and cozy space and environment for medical diagnosis and treatment. How to im- prove essential construction and management in hospitals has been an important issue. From hospital administratorg point of view, the authors expound the problems which should be concerned in hospital essential construction,including the improvement in deci sion-making system,and file reserve of human resources,and introduce the integrated management of hospital logistics and essential construction by taking Shengjing Hospital as the example.
