康复医疗联合体的发展现状与对策研究

摘　　要：笔者分析了老龄化背景下我国康复医疗联合体的发展现状,在查阅文献的基础上,阐述了康复医疗联合体的内涵、形成、动因分析与主要类型。对于康复医疗联合体所存在的问题,从管理机制和补偿机制的层面上对其原因进行剖析。在分析发展现状后,提出了五点政策建议,包括充分发挥政府的主导作用、推动联合体分工协作机制、分级诊疗和人才柔性流动以及搭建联合体信息平台等。Based on literature review, the authors analyzed the development of medical consortium of rehabilitation under the background of aging population, and explained the connotation, formation, motivation analysis and the main types. They also analyzed the problems and the reasons of medical consortium of rehabilitation from management mechanism and compensation mechanism. Then ,5 policy suggestions are proposed, including letting government＇s leading role into play, promoting collaboration mechanism, hierarchical diagnosis and treatment, flexible flow of talents, and establishment of information platform for medical consortium.
