摘　　要：伴随着人类的发展,人类对抗自然灾害等社会风险的活动从没有停止过。而不同的历史时期,随着社会的变化和发展,社会风险也在不断的改变。基于转型期社会的基本特点,考虑转型带来的诸多新型的社会风险源,并结合风险社会理论对社会风险类型进行探讨,寻求社会转型期社会风险的防范应对建议,可以从根源上对转型期社会风险的防范:减少社会不确定性因素以防范系统性风险的产生,寻求冲突解决策略,协调好市场与政府、经济发展与社会建设之间的关系,完善制度自检机制以减少法治冲突与风险。The human beings are progressing and their activities against natural disasters and other social risks have never ceased. In different historical periods, as the society changes and moves, the social risks undergo changes too. This text, starting with the basic characteristics of the transitional society, makes an analysis of new social risk sources emerging in the social transformation, employs the risk society theory to analyze the types of risks, recommends countermeasures benefiting for the social risk prevention fundamentally. Thus, social uncertainties can be lessened to avoid the systematic risk. Good countermeasures can be found to harmonize the market-government relationship and relationship between the economic development and the society building, and improve the self-check mechanism in order to reduce the legal conflicts and risks.
