不同年龄糖尿病患者的凝血因子水平分析

摘　　要：目的探讨不同年龄段糖尿病患者的凝血功能状况,为其临床治疗提供依据。方法检测120例2型糖尿病患者的凝血因子(FⅡ、FⅤ、FⅦ、FⅧ、FⅨ、FⅩ、FⅪ、FⅫ)、蛋白C、ATⅢ、血管性血友病因子抗体(vWF:Ag),并分析其与各年龄段的相关性。结果各年龄FⅦ活性平均值均超出参考范围;除≤40岁外,其他年龄FⅨ活性平均值均超出参考范围;≤40岁与>80岁的FⅫ活性平均值低于参考范围,71~80岁与>80岁的vWF:Ag平均值检测结果高于参考范围;各年龄段的ATⅢ平均值均低于参考范围;除此之外其他凝血因子均在参考范围内。vWF:Ag与年龄呈正相关关系(r=0.352,P=0.001)。结论检测凝血因子FⅦ、FⅨ、FⅫ有助于评估2型糖尿病患者的凝血状态,测定老年患者的ATⅢ与vWF:Ag,有利于防治糖尿病以及血栓并发症。Objective To understand the coagulation status of diabetics of different ages so as to provide scientific knowledge for clinical treatment. Method The blood coagulation factors （ F Ⅱ ,F Ⅴ ,FⅦ ,FⅧ ,FⅨ ,F Ⅹ ,FⅪ ,FⅫ ） and protein C, AT Ⅲ, yon Willebrand factor antibody （vWF： Ag） of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes were firstly tested and then their correlation with the ages of the patients were analyzed. Findings The average age of F VII activity exceeded the reference range. The average activity of F IX except for those less than 40 years of age exceeded the reference range. The average activity of F XII in 40 years old and 〉 80 years old is lower than the reference range. The average value of vWF： Ag in the age bracket of 71 - 80 years and 〉 80 age of test results is higher than the reference range. AT in all ages average values were lower than the reference range. The other coagulation factors were in the reference range, vWF： Ag were increased with age and vWF： Ag was positively correlated with age （ r = O. 352, P = 0. 001 ）. The other coagulation factors were not correlated with age （ ｜ r ｜ 〈 0.3 ）. Conclusion The detection of the coagulation factors F Ⅶ, F Ⅸ, F Ⅻ can facilitate the assessment of the blood coagulation status of patients of type 2 diabetes, strengthen the determination of AT 3 and yon Willebrand factor levels in elderly patients and facilitate the prevention and treatment of diabetes and thrombotic complications.
