摘 要:目的观察心理干预对慢性失眠症患者睡眠质量的改善效果。方法对63例符合CCMD-3诊断标准的慢性失眠症患者,随机分入研究组32例(药物治疗和常规宣教+心理干预)和对照组31例(药物治疗+常规宣教),治疗药物采用小剂量米氮平,为期4周,在入组时及4周末采用多导睡眠监测(PSG)通过前后多导睡眠脑电图的变化,评价睡眠质量和效果。结果研究组与的总睡眠时间(TST)、入睡潜伏期、觉醒次数、睡眠效率显著优于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论心理干预能改变慢性失眠症患者对睡眠的歪曲认知,提高睡眠质量。Objective To evaluate the effect of psychological intervention on the sleep quality of patients with chronic insomnia. Method 63 patients of chronic insomnia diagnosed as eases of CCMD-3 were randomly divided into an experimental group ( n = 32, to be treated with psychological intervention in addition to the drug and conventional counseling given to the control group) and a control group (n = 31, to be treated with drug and conventional counseling). Then both groups were treated with small doses of mirtazapine for 4 weeks. Next, polysomnography (PSG) was applied to evaluate the quality of sleep and treatment effect on baseline and the end of 4th week. Findings The improvement on total sleep time (TST) , sleep latency and awakening times, and sleep efficiency in the experimental group were better than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Conclusion Psychological intervention can rectify the distorted cognition on sleep and improve the sleep quality of patients of chronic insomnia.
