摘　　要：农村社会救助制度作为社会救助制度的重要组成部分,对于保障农民基本生活、促进农村经济发展以及构建社会主义和谐社会都有着至关重要的作用。在梳理安康市农村社会救助制度建设的历史及现状的基础上,分析了安康市农村社会救助制度建设存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。As an important component of the social assistance system, the rural area social assistance system plays an important role in guaranteeing the basic livelihood of farmers, promoting rural economic development and building a harmonious socialist society. On the basis of combing the history and status of the construction of the rural area social assistance system in Ankang, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the rural area social assistance system in Ankang, and puts forward some corresponding counter- measures and suggestions.
