摘 要:目的通过调查和分析,了解安康学院体育学院学生专业能力与社会需求之间的契合程度,为制订与应用型体育教育人才相适应的培养方案提供参考。方法采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对陕南中小学体育教师、社会体育工作者能力需求,以及安康学院体育教育专业学生能力培养情况进行调查研究。结果教学、指导、组织、训练、裁判能力是体育教师和社会体育工作者必备的能力,也是体育教育专业学生的核心能力。安康学院体育教育专业学生已基本具备这五种能力,但仍需加强。结论采取优化人才培养方案、重视实习实训环节以及制定体育教育专业能力测试内容、标准与方法等措施,提高体育教育专业学生的核心能力和通用能力。Objective: Through investigation and analysis, to understand the degree of fit between students' professional ability and so- cial needs of the College of physical education in Ankang University, and provide reference for the formulation and application of sports education personnel to adapt to the training program. Methods: Using the method of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statis- tics, on the basis of primary and secondary school physical education teachers, ability of social sports workers demand as well as the Ankang University sports education specialized students ability training research situation. Results: teaching, guiding, organizing, training and judging ability is the necessary ability of physical education teachers and social workers, and is also the core competence of the students of physical education. Ankang University physical education students have basically have these five abilities, but still need to strengthen. Conclusion : optimizing the personnel training programs, to strengthen the practice link, ability to develop physical education test content, standards and methods to improve the core competence of students majoring in physical education and general ability.
