摘　　要：本文对工程中工业金属管道进行液压试验时所遇到的问题进行了讨论分析,以蒸汽管道为例,结合工程算例,论述了试验压力需要温度修正的条件,分析了修正后的试验压力在试验温度下产生的应力校核计算与钢管壁厚规格的选择问题。以期为工程设计实践提供借鉴。A discussion is made for the problems occurred in the hydraulic pressure test of industrial metallic pipe Based on steam pipes, an engineering example is used to expound the conditions under which test pressure needs to be adjusted by temperature correction, analyze the check of stress produced by the corrected test pressure under the experimental temperature as well as selection of the thickness of steel pipe wall. The analysis results may provide references for engineering design and practice.
