摘  要:为满足新的钢铁工业水污染物排放标准,应对新增、改造机组带来的废水量提升,某冷轧厂新建稀碱含油废水处理系统处理稀碱含油废水、平整废水和乳化液废水的预处理后出水。设计采用气浮-生物接触氧化-臭氧氧化组合工艺,出水满足GB 13456—2012《钢铁工业水污染物排放标准》表3要求。工程运行结果表明,新建稀碱含油废水处理系统出水水质满足设计要求,运行成本约为3元/m3。In order to meet the new discharge standard of water pollutants for iron and steel industry, and solve the problem of wastewater increasement brought by the newly increased and transformed units, some cold rolling mill built new dilute alkali oily wastewater treatment system to treat dilute alkali oily wastewater, pretreat- ed effluent of the leveling wastewater treatment system and the emulsion wastewater treatment system. The design adopted air flotation-biological contact oxidation-ozone oxidation combined process, the effluent water quality meet the requirement of tab.3 in GB 13456--2012 Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Iron and Steel In- dustry. The operation results of the project showed that, the effluent water quality of the newly increased dilute alkali oily wastewater treatment unit met the design requirements, and the running cost was about 3 yuan/m3.
