摘　　要：争取使日本成为联合国安理会常任理事国,是安倍政府外交的基本目标之一,同时也是安倍在联大演讲的最终目的。本文从信息的选择和处理角度分析安倍的演讲如何使用"擦抹"(Erasure)策略,刻意回避日本犯下的战争罪等方面的重要信息,旨在将日本塑造为和平爱好者和人道主义援助者。It is one of basic objectives for Shinzo Abe administration to make Japan a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council （UNSC）. This is also the ultimate goal of Abe＇ s three speeches （2013-2015） made at the UN General Assembly. In terms of information choice and information processing, the paper analyzes how Abe, in his speeches, employs the strategy of erasure to delete very important information concerning Japanese war crimes in order to project Japan as a country which loves peace and has provided huge humanitarian aid to other countries.
