摘 要:钢安全壳模块具有质量大、体积大、易变形等特点,对钢安全壳吊具分配器的设计提出了挑战。文中基于环梁形结构对钢安全壳吊具分配器的结构进行了优化,主要考虑径向加强筋、主吊板加强筋以及去除低应力区域材料对结构应力、结构刚度和结构自重等指标的影响。分析表明径向加强筋从整体上提高了结构的强度和刚度,主吊板加强筋改善了结构的应力分布,去除低应力区域材料,降低了结构自重。最终推荐综合采取以上三项优化措施来开展工程项目中的设备设计。Steel containment vessel modules have large mass and great volume and are vulnerable to deformation, which pose challenges to the design of sling distributors. In this paper, the sling distributor is optimized based on the ring- beam structure by considering the influences of radial stiffeners, stiffeners for main hanger plate and materials in the area without influenle low stress area material on indicators like structural stress, rigidity and self-weight. According to the anal- ysis, the radial stiffener increases the strength and rigidity of the structure on the whole ; the stiffener for main hanger plate improves the stress distribution of the structure; removing low stress area muterials significantly reduces the self-weight of the structure. At the end of the paper, it is recommended to combine the above three measures to design equipment in engi- neering projects.
