摘  要:阐述对工业制动器能效领域研究的重要性,能效测试方法和能效限额标准制定的背景。介绍了工业制动器能效限额标准制定过程中遇到的问题,以及分析解决问题并最终完成标准制定的过程。问题包括工作制的选取、能效值分类的原则、试验数据分析、能效限定额的制定依据和能效分级原则。工业制动器能效限额标准的制定,填补了国内外标准空白,为制定其他起重机械能效限额标准奠定了基础,对推动工业制动器的节能降耗,促进产品转型升级,具有重要的社会效益和经济效益。The paper first expounds the importance of studies on the energy efficiency of industrial brakes and back- ground of developing standards on energy efficiency test methods and energy efficiency limit. Then the paper moves on to problems encountered during the development of the standard on energy efficiency limit of industrial brakes and the entire process from analyzing and solving problems to the completion of such standards. Problems include the selection of duty type, criteria of energy efficiency classification, analysis of test data, basis for setting the energy efficiency limit and princi- ples of energy efficiency grading. The studied standard fills the gap in the domestic and international standards, lays a foun- dation for developing similar standards on energy efficiency limit for other lifting machinery, and brings significant social and economic benefits through increasing the energy efficiency of industrial brakes and facilitating product transformation and upgrading.
