摘 要:为了研究索道上下站工作轮体的同有特性,对某型号索道轮体进行固有特性仿真计算分析。通过三维设计软件等比例建立工作轮体的三维实体模型,模型网格离散处理,施加接触约束后进行模态求解,得到各阶模态振动频率和振型。分析结果表明,索道工作轮体的正常转速远小于轮体一阶临界转速,工作过程中不会发生共振。分析结果可为后续索道轮体结构设计提供指导。To study the inherent characteristics of working wheels in the upper and lower stations of ropeways, simula- tion analysis is performed on a certain type of wheel. A 3D solid model of the working wheel is established in equal propor- tion using a 3D design software, and the model grid is discretized. When contact constraint is applied, the modal vibration frequency and vibration mode are calculated. The results reveal that the normal speed of the wheel is far less than its first order critical speed, and that there is no resonance during operation, which can provide guidance for designing wheels of ropeway equipment in the future.
