摘  要:随着海洋工程油气开发逐步向深海进军,对南海深水区油气开发技术的研发已迫在眉睫。目前,主要的深海石油平台型式为张力腿平台,其结构一般由平台本体、张力腿系统和基础3部分组成,基础主要采用打入式钢管桩。结合某TLP平台项目,根据相关标准、规范和文献,对TLP平台钢管桩基的岩土设计内容和方法进行了探讨,对国内TLP平台桩基设计技术发展有积极的推进作用。The South China Sea is rich in oil and gas resources. With the development of offshore engineering, the research on South China Sea oil and gas development technology is imminent. At present, TLP is used as the main platform in the deepwater and it consists of three parts, including hull, tendons and foundation. The foundation usually adopts driven steel pipe pile. This paper takes a TLP project as an example to perform a study regarding geotechnical design contents and meth- ods of TLP steel pipe pile referring to relative design standard, code and reference. The study may have a positive effect on the development of pile foundation design technology of TLP in the country.
