通事在近代康区治理中的作用及思考

摘　　要：本文在对通事相关文献进行综述的基础上,选取了目前受关注较少的边疆通事作为研究对象,具体对近代康区通事的类型、社会角色和功能发挥等问题进行了分析。并且,就康区通事名声形成的问题做了探讨。本文研究发现康区通事兼具翻译、报告人和业务助手等多重角色,其对近代康区民族与国家的整合发挥过积极作用。但与此同时,通事的舞弊行为也十分常见,这就在一定程度了损害和阻碍了边疆少数民族与政府及外界的持续不断的正常交往,从而不利于边疆民族与国家整合的深入发展。因此,通过对康区通事的研究表明,需要推广和普及教育来解决边疆民族地区多种语言、文字的交流和沟通问题。Based on the review of relevant literature on Tongshi, this paper selects rarely investigated Tongshi in the frontier area as the research object. In particular, this paper analyzes the types, social roles and functions of Tongshi in the Kham region in early modern times. In addition, this paper discusses the formation of the Tongshi＇s reputation and proves that Tongshi plays multiple roles such as translator, informant, business assistant, etc. , playing an active role in the integration of ethnic groups and the establishment of a nation-state in early modern times. But at the same time, Tongshi ＂s fraud is also very common, which has somewhat damaged and hindered the continuous and normal communication between the minority groups and the government and the outside world. Therefore, it is not conducive to the further integration of the borderland nationalities and the nation-state. Thus, the study of Tongshi in the Kham region reveals that it is necessary to popularize education to solve the problems of communication in many languages and writings in the borderlands.
