发达国家与发展中国家金融业对外投资的比较研究

摘　　要：对外投资是一个经济体发展到一定程度的必然产物,也是国际经济政治竞争力的主要表现。《发达国家与发展中国家对外直接投资效率比较研究》从对外投资的传统理论讲起,延伸到当前对外投资理论的最新发展,通过案例形式分析发达与发展中经济体的对外投资异同问题。《发达国家与发展中国家金融业对外投资的比较研究》从二战后国际金融投资发展趋势说起,提出对外投资目标国选择、对外开放空间与投资主动性、投资动机是发达国家和发展中国家金融对外投资最主要的差别。《当前中国对外投资战略的国际比较》,分析了中美日三国对外投资战略的发展阶段与特征,提出中国应构建跨国公司主导和企业协同发展的对外投资模式。《中美对外直接投资绩效比较》,分析了中国和美国对外投资的异同点以及不同的绩效表现,并对今后中国对外直接投资的模式进行了构建。Foreign investment is an inevitable outcome once an economic entity has developed to a certain level. It also a primary indicator of its political and economic competitiveness in the world. Comparative Study of the Efficiency of Foreign Direct Investment in Developing and Developed Countries starts with the traditionaltheory of foreign investment, then goes further to its latest development, and finally compares the foreign investment in developing and developed entities with a case study. Comparative Study of Financial Industry's Overseas Investment in Developing and Developed Countries starts with the development trend of international financial investment after World War II, then proposes that the major difference between developing and developed countries in their overseas financial investment lies in the choice of target countries, open space and investment initiatives, and investment motivation. International Comparison of Current Overseas Investment Strategy in China—A Comparative Study of China, the United States and Japan analyzes the stages of development and features of overseas investment strategy in China, the United States and Japan, and proposesthat a synergic investment mode of investment should be built in which multinational corporations should takethe lead. A caparison of Return Rate(Performance)of Sino-US Foreign Direct Investment:Evidence Between2008-2015 compares Sino-US Foreign Direct Investment and their return rate, then constructs future foreign direct investment model in China.
