金钗石斛养胃保健口服液的工艺优化及功效学分析

摘　　要：为优化金钗石斛养胃保健口服液制备工艺,并初步探索口服液对胃粘膜的保护作用,本研究以口服液中多糖、党参炔苷、石斛碱的相对含量作为考察指标,通过单因素考察及正交设计法优化口服液的制备工艺,采用急性胃粘膜损伤酒精模型对金钗石斛养胃保健口服液进行功效学研究。结果显示,金钗石斛养胃保健口服液的配方为金钗石斛8 g、党参32 g、黄芪32 g、白术12 g、麦冬10 g、北沙参10 g、山楂10 g,可修复胃粘膜损伤。正交设计优化口服液的制备工艺结果为:加水量为15倍,提取时间为30 min,提取次数为3次。由此得出结论,优化后的口服液制备工艺可行、可靠;通过药效学实验,证明选定的配方具有明显的胃粘膜保护作用。本研究将得出金钗石斛养胃保健口服液的最优化制备工艺,并能确定口服液保护胃粘膜的功效。In order to optimize the preparation technology and preliminarily explore the protection on gastric mucosa of health care oral liquid of Dendrobium nobile Lindl., the relative content of polysaccharides, lobetyolin and dendrobine in the oral liquid were chosen as indexes. The effect ofDendrobium nobile Lindl liquid on animal model of acute gastric ulcer was studied by One-Way ANOVA analysis and orthogonal design method. The results showed that the prescription of health care oral liquid ofDendrobium nobile Lindl. for nourishing stomach consisted 8 g Dendrobium nobile Lindl., 32 g Codonopsis pilasula, 32 g Astragalus membranaceu, 12 g Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz, 10 g Ophiopogon japonicas （Thunb.） Ker-Gawl, 10 g Glehnia littoralis Fr. schmidt ex Miq., and 10 g Crataegus pinnatifida Bge. Var. major N. E. Br.. The oral liquid could repair the gastric mucosal injury. The result of the optimal extraction technology with the orthogonal design was as following： adding 15 times amount of water, extracting 3 times, and 30 min each time. Therefore, the optimized preparation technology of the oral liquid was feasible and reliable. Health care oral liquid ofDendrobium nobile for nourishing stomach was proved to be protective for gastric mucosa through the pharmacodynamics research. The study obtained the optimized preparation technology of health care oral liquid of Dendrobium nobile for nourishing stomach, and proved its effect of protecting gastric mucosa.
