摘  要:通过饲料里面添加抗生素来探究肠道微生物对瓜实蝇生物学参数及生态化学计量特征的影响,结果表明终浓度为300μg/m L的利福平、氨苄青霉素、庆大霉素和链霉素混合使用,在牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基平板上没有检测到菌落。抗生素处理组瓜实蝇三龄幼虫体重和正常对照组相比,达到了显著性差异,其体内总氮、总磷含量比较也达到了显著性差异,但是氮、磷比值无显著性差异。蛹重和平均羽化率没有表现出明显差异性。表明肠道微生物对瓜实蝇生物学参数和生态化学计量特征有一定的影响。In this study, we explored the effects of gut microbes on biological parameters and ecological stoichiometry characteristics of B. cucuribitae by adding antibiotics to fodder. The results showed that no colonies were detected on the beef extract peptone medium when the final concentration of 300 μg/mL of rifampicin, ampicillin, gentamicin and streptomycin were applied. Compared with the normal control group, the weight of the third instar larvae of B. cucuribitae in the antibiotic treated group reached significant difference, and the contents of total nitrogen and total phosphorus showed significant difference as well. But there was no significant difference in nitrogen and phosphorus ratio. The pupal weight and the average emergence rate had no significant difference. The results showed that gut microbes had some influences on the biological parameters and ecological stoichiometry of B. Cucurbitae.
