泰州区域转型升级评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：当前在宏观形势严峻、资源环境约束趋紧的背景下,加快转型升级是区域经济社会可持续发展的唯一出路。文章通过构建泰州区域转型升级指标体系,测算泰州及所属各市(区)2012年以来转型升级指数。结果表明,2012年以来泰州转型升级呈加速增长态势;泰州所属各市(区)转型升级水平逐年增长,但位次相对稳定;此外,各市(区)二级指标指数表现不一,优劣势明显。Within the current context of severe macro situation and serious resource and environmental restric- tion, accelerating the transformation and upgrading is the only way for regional sustainable economic and social development. This paper measure the transformation and upgrading index of Taizhou and its respective cities （dis- tricts） since 2012 through establishing a transformation and upgrading index system. The results indicate an in- creasing trend of transformation and upgrading in Taizhou since 2012. The transformation and upgrading level of each city （district） in Taizhou has increased year by year. However, the places of each city is relatively stable. The sub-indexes vary in each city （district） of Taizhou, and the superiority and inferiority are obvious.
