“Herstory”——On the Feminization Trend of Media in the Era of Pan Entertainment

摘　　要：传媒经济时代的来临,使之从"文化生产中心"向"文化消费中心"过渡。因此,长期以来存在于大众传媒之中的男性"菲勒斯"中心主义也随之稀释,"女性与传播"这一议题逐渐从"边缘"走向"中心"。可是,作为一股正在崛起的力量,越来越多进入到新闻传媒领域的女性却发现仕途并非一路畅通,困境与机遇并存。文章将关注点放到传媒娱乐经济大时代背景下,从一个完整的产业链入手,从女性主义媒介的生产(幕后女性新闻人士外显与内隐的冲突),到其内容的呈现(女性编导、记者及其成果节目),再到其媒介接受(女性、男性观众对于出境女主播、记者的形象受众分析),进行系统性研究。逐步阐释女性在媒介意义构建与生产阶段的角色异化,以及当代女性报道者角色的演变和崛起。论文最终目的是试图在当代中国"泛娱乐化"消费社会中,寻求女性媒体人士的新突破。With the coming of the era of media economy,the media has transitioned from＂cuhure production center＂ to＂culture consumption center＂. Therefore,the long-standing Phallocentrism in mass media has been weakening and the issue＂women and spread＂ has gradually stood from the edge to the center. However, as a rising power, more and more women in the field of news media found that their career have not been smooth all the way, with the coexistence of dilemma and opportunities. Focusing on the economic background of the media and entertainment era, this paper intends to start from a com- plete industrial chain, from the production of feminist media （the explicit and implicit conflict of the be- hind-the-screen female journalists）,the content presentation （female directors ,reporters and final pro- grams）, and to the media acceptation （the analysis of female and male audience acceptation toward the images of female broadcasters and female reporters）. Then, a systematic study is conducted. This paper also explains the role alienation of women in the construction and production of media meaning, and the evolution and rise of the role of women in contemporary times. The ultimate purpose of the paper is to seek a new breakthrough for female media people in the contemporary China＇s ＂ Pan entertainment＂ consumption-oriented society. Note：The female media people in this paper mainly refer to women representatives who undertake professional work, such as journalists, editors, broadcasters, hosts and directors. And this paper takes TV transmission as the main media to make discussion.
