老年病人预约挂号情况调查与对策

摘　　要：目的了解老年人群预约挂号的特点,分析其原因,提出改进措施,提高预约诊疗服务质量。方法通过方便(立意)抽样的方法,采用自行设计的问卷对2016年3—4月在我院门诊就诊的528例老年患者进行预约挂号现场调查。结果 528例老年患者预约挂号为103例,占19.51%;愿意使用预约挂号方式有312例,占59.09%;不愿意使用预约挂号有216例,占40.91%,其主要原因是不会使用占92.59%,觉得麻烦占4.17%,不知道有预约挂号方式占0.46%。结论建议加大社会宣传力度和增加预约者取号提示,增设老年患者预约挂号专线方便预约,增设诊室预约方便老年患者等措施,提高老年患者预约挂号率,提高预约诊疗服务的品质。Objective To understand the characteristics of elderly people＇s appointment registration, analyze its cau- ses, and put forward the improvement measures to improve the quality of service. Methods Through convenient （purposive） sampling method, 528 cases of elderly patients in our hospital from 2016 to April in our hospital were investigated by self- designed questionnaire. Results 528 cases of elderly people make an appointment for 103 cases, accounting for 19. 51% ; Willing to use the appointment registration in 312 cases, accounting for 59.09% ; Not willing to use the appoint- ment registration in 216 cases, accounting for 40.91%. The main reason is not to use accounted for 92.59% , accounted for 4.17% of that trouble; Doing not know how reserved register accounted for 0.46%. Conclusion It is recommended to in- crease the social propaganda and increase the appointment of the number of tips, the addition of elderly patients booking reg- istration line to facilitate booking, additional clinics to facilitate the elderly patients and other measures to improve the ap- pointment rate of elderly patients to improve the quality of appointment services.
