摘　　要：医院党建工作有助于提高医院核心竞争力及职工凝聚力、战斗力,更好地完成医院各项任务。通过分析医院党建工作实践与成效,找出面临的矛盾和问题,探究推动医疗和党建工作的深入开展,提高医疗质量,改善服务态度,努力取得党建工作新成效。The hospital party construction is helpful to improve hospital core competitiveness,staff cohesion and combat effectiveness, to better complete the hospital various tasks, through the analysis of hospital Party construction practice and results,finding out the contradictions and problems, we should explore to promote in-depth development between health and party construction, improve the medical quality, efforts to achieve new party construction.
