摘  要:为了分析中国PPR的流行特征,从Genbank数据库中下载PPRV M基因核苷酸全序列及其对应的氨基酸序列,应用DNAStar分子生物学软件对其进行遗传演化分析。结果显示,中国2013~2014年PPRV毒株间M基因核苷酸同源性范围为99.8%~100%,与西藏3个PPRV毒株M基因核苷酸同源性范围为97.9%~98.1%,与国外PPRV毒株M基因核苷酸同源性范围为89.5%~98.2%,即核苷酸同源性最高的为印度Sungri 1996 MSD株。中国2013~2014年PPRV毒株间M蛋白氨基酸同源性为100%,与西藏3个PPRV毒株M蛋白氨基酸同源性均为97%,与国外PPRV毒株M蛋白氨基酸同源性范围为96.7%~100%。M基因核苷酸进化树分析显示,中国2013~2014年PPRV毒株与西藏的3个毒株不在同一分支,与印度毒株关系较近。推断中国2013~2014年PPR疫情非西藏2007年疫情的延续,可能为印度等周边国家传入。In order to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of China PPR, the whole sequence of nucleotide and corresponding a- mino acid sequence of PPRV M gene were downloaded from Genbank database, the nucleotide sequence of M PPRV gene and its corre- sponding amino acid sequences and the genetic evolution of gene was analyzed by using DNAStar molecular biological software. The re- suits showed that PPRV strain 2013 - 2014 China nucleotide homology of M gene between the range of 99.8% ~ I00%, and Tibet 3 PPRV strains M gene nucleotide homology ranged from 97. 9% ~ 98. 1% , compareed with foreign PPRV strains M gene nucleotide ho- mology in the range of 89. 5% ~98. 2% , which is the most high homology to the India Sungri 1996 MSD strains. The amino acid homology of M protein between PPRV and 2013 - 2014 in China was 100%, and the amino acid homology of M protein of 3 PPRV strains in Tibet was 97%, with foreign PPRV strains M protein amino acid homology ranges 96. 7% - 100%. M gene nucleotide phy- logenetic tree analysis showed that the Chinese PPRV 2013 ~ 2014 strains and the 3 strains of Tibet are not in the same small branch, and familiar with the India. In the process of this research, we inferred that China 2013 -2014 PPR epidemic outbreak in 2007 of non - continuation of Tibet, may be introduced into neighboring countries such as India.
