摘 要:目的探讨低场MRI对膝关节骨挫伤的诊断价值。方法选取2013年以来在我院接受MRI诊断的55例膝关节骨挫伤患者进行回顾性分析。结果本组55例患者X线平片和CT均未发现膝关节骨挫伤征象,经低场磁共振成像能明确诊断55例患者的膝关节骨挫伤,并能显示部分患者合并有半月板、韧带损伤情况。结论低场强MRI对膝关节骨挫伤的显示非常敏感,并能准确判断其附属结构的损伤部位和程度,是临床诊疗的重要依据。Objective to explore the low field MRI in the knee joint imaging manifestations and diagnostic value of bone contusion. Methods select since 2013in our hospital to accept MRI diagnosis of 55 patients with knee joint bone contusion were retrospectively analyzed.Results of 55 patients with X-ray plain film and CT were not found signs of knee joint bone contusion, the low field mri can clearly diagnose 55 patients of knee joint bone contusion, and can show some patients with meniscus,ligament damage.Conclusion The low field MRI of the knee joint bone contusion display is very sensitive, and can accurately judge the injury and degree of its adjacent structures, is one of the important basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment, is worth popularization and application widely.
