摘  要:分析了合金成分对ZAlSi7MgA合金性能的影响 ,进行合理的成分设计 ,采用Sb、Te复合变质处理提高合金性能 ,并对该合金的热处理工艺进行对比性试验和正交分析 ,获得最佳热处理工艺方案 通过对ZAlSi7MgA合金进行变质处理和热处理等处理工艺的优化设计 。The influence of alloy composition on the effect of ZAlSi7MgA alloy has been analyzed and optimal composition design been proposed. By adopting Sb Te compound metamorphism treatment, the alloy property has been improved. The comparative experiment and the orthogonal analysis method have been done on the thermal treatment of the alloy; the best thermal treatment plan has been obtained. Through the metamorphism treatment of ZAlSi7MgA alloy and the optimization of thermal treatment technology, the composite mechanical property of the alloy has been improved and a fine enduring metamorphism property been achieved.
