新常态下安徽省文化贸易人才培养问题研究

摘　　要：高素质文化贸易人才是对外文化贸易发展的核心力量。新常态下,对外文化贸易的出口压力加大、海外市场对文化产品和服务的质量要求提高等特点,对安徽省文化贸易领域的人才培养提出了更高的要求。但安徽省在文化贸易人才总量、能力素质、培养机制等方面仍然存在诸多不足,针对这些不足,提出了明确培养规格、"以市场换人才"加大高端人才引进力度、健全培养机制等建议。High-qualified cultural trade talents is the core of oversea cultural trade development. More mgner requirements ~u~ talent cultivation are put forward because of increased pressure on oversea cultural trade export and stricter requirement on the quality of cultural products and service. However, there exist many drawbacks in gross of cultural trade talents, their capability and ability and cultivation system in Anhui province. The article analyses the importance of the international cultural trade talents training and has reviewed policy measures and situation of international cultural trade talents cultivation in recent years, and gives some suggestions.
