安徽省竞技篮球发展衰退的影响因子研究

摘　　要：采用因子分析法从保障因子、管理因子和环境因子三个方面对安徽省竞技篮球的发展衰退给予分析,研究导致安徽省竞技篮球近年来逐渐衰退的致因,并根据这些影响因素探讨有效的应对策略,以促进安徽省竞技篮球整体水平的提升。一是在保障因子方面,安徽省竞技体育项目的发展布局及政策导向是导致安徽省竞技篮球整体水平下滑并走向衰败的根本原因,政策导向不利及领导不重视,导致篮球训练中经费严重不足,场地设施条件不完善。二是在管理因子方面,安徽省在竞技篮球管理缺乏统一的管理模式,体制不健全,训练的科学化水平低,后备人才培养体系不完善,科研水平较低。三是在环境因子方面,安徽省社会经济发展水平较低,根深蒂固的传统文化思想导致一大批有潜质的好苗子流失。With the influencing factor analysis method, the paper analyses the rise and fall of the athletic basketball development in Anhui province from the three aspects, that is security factor, management factor and environmental factor. The paper also analyses the causes for the grading recession in recent years and probes into the countermeasures according to these influencing factors, in order to elevate the athletic basketball level in Anhui province. The first one is protection factor. The primary cause for the recession is the layout and policy guidance for the development of competitive sports in Anhui province. The vague policy guidance and less attention from leaders lead to a serious shortage of funds and poor basketball training facilities condition. The second lies in the management factor. The management of athletic basketball in Anhui lacks unified mode. The system is incomplete. The scientific training level is low. Backup talent cultivation system is imperfect with low level of scientific research. The last one is in terms of environmental factors. The low level of social and economic development in Anhui province and deep- rooted traditional cultures lead to a great loss of potential talents.
